Problem
Klaviyo's Solutions Engineering team relied on manually configured demo environments that were fragile, time-consuming to build, and impossible to standardize. Every SE had their own setup, leading to inconsistent buyer experiences and hours of prep time per demo.
Solution
Klaviyo Demo Studio (KDS) is a purpose-built internal platform that lets SEs spin up tailored, production-quality demo environments in minutes. I co-designed the architecture, defined the product roadmap, and built core features, turning demo prep from a bottleneck into a competitive advantage.
